Starting the process

We will take you through our appraisal and valuation process which includes local comparatives on similar properties for sale or sold within the immediate vicinity of your property.

We will show you how we would market your property on the open market and to any buyers we have pre-registered on our “people and property matching service” who we know are actively looking within your area.

Once our experienced valuer has appraised your property, we will use the latest technology to compile a stunning marketing information pack, highlighting all the features that will grab the interest and attention of potential buyers.

Proceeding with the sale

Once the marketing strategy is agreed and complete, we advertise all our properties on local-regional-national marketing platforms via Rightmove, PrimeLocation and Zoopla, along with all the major social media platforms to ensure your property gets maximum exposure at all times.

When your property is live on the market with us, we will keep you updated with weekly activity reports telling you how much attention your property is getting on the open market.  We will handle all of the viewings and fully qualify any potential buyers who want to view. 

We gather and share the feedback after every viewing and we will obtain a “proof of funds” for any offers we receive on your behalf to ensure you are kept well informed throughout the whole process, from end-to-end.

Completing the sale

Once your property is sold, our expert support team will continue to work tirelessly for you and your buyer.  We are the only Agent who carries out full chain checks on a weekly basis, both up and down the chain, liaising with each conveyancing lawyer and updating you and your buyer at every stage.

Once you’ve found a property you’d like to make an offer on, we’ll liaise with the vendors on your behalf to secure the property in your name. Once your offer has been accepted, the property will become Sold Subject To Contract: at this stage no other potential buyer can place an offer on the property.

We can recommend highly competent financial advisers and solicitors who can manage relevant aspects of the purchase process, while we deal with conveyancing matters and resolve any other issues that arise during the transaction period. When a sale is agreed, we’ll work with all parties to agree a suitable exchange and completion date, and then to ensure a successful outcome.

We’ll keep you updated at all times throughout the process, and we’ll be available to assist you whenever needed.
